Moving to the UK from China 15 years ago, to study, Feng Xiangxu soon found himself falling in love with Minis… as well as the country. “When I finished studying, I realised that I’d fallen for the UK and I wanted to stay here,” explains Feng, who now has a successful catering business. “The first car I owned over here was a modern MINI Countryman, which I bought in about 2018, after which I had a GP3.
