FOR THE PASTRY
• 100g coconut flour• 50g desiccated coconut• 1 tsp dried oregano• 50g almond flour• 50g pecorino cheese, grated• 1 tbsp psyllium-husk powder• Himalayan salt and black pepper, to taste• 110g butter, cubed• 1 jumbo egg, beaten
