Ellie, 28, loves yoga, gymnastics, boxing and half marathons, and her workout is easy to DIY. ‘I run pretty fast, then slow to a walk, then start jogging, and repeat,’ she says. ‘As long as I’m moving and mostly running, I’m happy.’

The singer also loves parkour, a kind of free running. ‘It’s about flexibility, agility and getting from one place to another in the most inventive way,’ she says. ‘I’ll go outside and jump between benches, pull myself up on things, crawl through things. Free running makes you super fit.’
