Each issue of Inside Out features beautiful homes, some more achievable than others. While I love my little sanctuary, it’s nowhere near as ‘complete’ as some of the houses we feature (sorry if I’ve crushed the illusion). zucchini fritters SERVES 4-6 3–4 zucchini 1 red onion, finely chopped 1 egg Handful dry breadcrumbs 50g plain flour Vegetable oil, for shallow-frying Sea salt Freshly ground black pepper 1.
