Oh, brother! HGTV’s hit show Property Brothers is being sued by a Las Vegas couple who claim the work done on their home was shoddy. In 2018, Mindy King and her husband, Paul, forked over $193,000 for renovations, which the show’s stars, Jonathan and Drew Scott, oversee. But the couple were disappointed by the job. They claim doors didn’t line up or close properly, grouting was uneven, their high-end range was scratched, wiring was not up to code, and walls weren’t straight, among other things. Says Mindy: “We totally feel we were bamboozled.”
Jonathan and Drew, 42, are not named in the lawsuit — only the show’s production company, Cineflix, and the local Villa Construction are — but the twins are still “shocked by the allegations,” says a source.
