On the following pages are five scent families, as well as six recipes using combinations of various essential oils and giving their corresponding effects. Start all of the recipes by first combining the essential oils and leaving this mixture to stand for a day. This gives the fragrance time to unfold and for the mixture to give off one combined scent.
