This month I am both reviewing and previewing books by French astrologer André Barbault, born October 1, 1921, 5:00 p.m. BST in Champignelles, France and died October 9, 2019 at age 98. I do so with some puzzlement, as of the two books by him that I have available as I write this, one that says it was published in 1961 was apparently revised on the sly in 1966, while the other, the one I have probably read the most thoroughly, is personally inscribed to me by Barbault, whom I never either met or corresponded with.
