More years ago than I care to remember I was faced with the problem of writing a predictive article about a presidential election that was several months away from the party conventions, and with multiple candidates still in contention. Many of these candidates were relative unknowns, or at least untried outside of the fact that most held lower political positions. On top of that, of course, there was the fact that almost none of them had reliable birth times, if indeed they had publicly available birth times at all.
