Both in last month’s column and this month’s book review I mentioned that I would go into the matter of astrologer Michel Gauquelin’s suicide in 1991 because it had come up in The Secrets of the Last Nazi. In the book it actually doesn’t play a very large role, but is rather the sizzle on the steak, so to speak. More on the steak side is the fact that Hitler did at times listen to astrologers, or at least one astrologer, depending on which historian tells the tale.
