SERVES 4 Raspberry and pomegranate cooler INGREDIENTS • 50g caster sugar • 200g raspberries • 100g pomegranate seeds • 2 limes, 1 zested and juiced, 1 cut into 8 wedges • ice cubes • 1 litre soda water • handful of fresh mint leaves METHOD 1 Place the caster sugar in a small saucepan with 50ml of water and heat gently until the sugar has dissolved. Interview With a place to study interior design at uni but no formal experience, Roisin Quinn applied for series five of BBC One's Interior Design Masters and quit her job of six years working at a travel agency. The show was filmed over summer 2023, with Roisin expecting to start her course in September. However, she was announced the winner at the final in Blenheim Palace instead.
