Chicken noodles

â˘Â 600g chicken thigh fillets, cubedâ˘Â 30ml oilâ˘Â 2 chillies, choppedâ˘Â 1 clove garlic, finely choppedâ˘Â 60ml soy sauceâ˘Â 30ml oyster sauceâ˘Â 200g noodles, prepared according to packet instructionsâ˘Â 3 carrots, dicedâ˘Â 3 stalks celery, choppedâ˘Â 2 large baby marrows, thinly slicedâ˘Â 1 small cabbage, choppedâ˘Â 1 bunch spring onions, choppedâ˘Â 60ml chopped fresh corianderâ˘Â 15ml sesame seeds 1 Brown the chicken in half the oil until golden. Add the chilli, garlic, soy sauce and oyster sauce and cook for 30 seconds. Add the noodles and stir-fry until fragrant and well combined. Add a little water if necessary.
2 In a separate pan, stir-fry the carrots, celery, baby marrows and cabbage in the remaining oil until glossy. Stir this into the noodles, sprinkle with the spring onions, corianderâŚ
