Jac Clark says her love affair with art evolved organically. She studied design at uni, cramming in as many fine art classes as she could. After graduating, she gained experience in the print industry, then took the plunge and opened a graphic design business, Morabon, which she’s successfully run for more than a decade. Even when establishing and growing the business, Jac continued with her sketching, drawing and painting.
She says she was drawn to art because the process of reflection, creation and self-expression was a form of relaxation and introspection for her. “I find it so therapeutic. I’m always looking at new ways of doing art — new materials, new sizes, new textures,” she continues.
