The family stayed at Nihi Sumba on the Indonesian island of Sumba, an eco-friendly hideaway that promises guests “responsible luxury”.
Its 28 villas are built among the tropical trees, with four-poster beds, private infinity pools and views of the Indian Ocean lapping the resort’s private 1.5 mile beach. They cost from around £1,100 to £13,000 per night.
