When it comes to fitness, Sir Rod Stewart has it all worked out. In a series of video clips posted on wife Penny’s Instagram account, the 72-year-old singer shared his shape-up tips with fans, revealing that his regular regime involves aqua aerobics in the pool, sessions on an exercise bike, rowing machine and treadmill with a personal trainer and pumping iron.
“I spend about half an hour, two or three times a week, doing weights – not my favourite thing,” confessed Sir Rod in one clip, filmed at his California home (below left).
