If you want to stave off the ailments of getting older, maybe it’s time you extended yourself. Stretching – which most of us only do when we get out of bed or after an exercise class – should become a daily habit as we get older.
This is the theory of experts including Lexie Williamson, a yoga sports coach and author of the forthcoming exercise guide The Stretching Bible .
