Grilled prawn & mango salad with chilli lime dressing

500g peeled green prawns,deveined, tails intact2 x 400g cans no-addedsalt cannellini beans,rinsed, drained1 large mango, thinly sliced200g snow peas, thinly sliced1 bunch watercress,leaves picked1 tablespoon lime juice, pluslime wedges, to serve1 teaspoon fish sauce1 tablespoon rice vinegar1 teaspoon caster sugar1 long red chilli, seeded,finely chopped1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
