BROWNED BUTTER SKILLET COOKIE Yield: 1 (serves 8) Ingredients 220g butter 375ml light brown sugar 2 eggs 375ml cake flour 5ml bicarbonate of soda 5ml baking powder 5ml salt 250ml rolled oats 240g dark or milk chocolate, roughly chopped Method 1.
