LEMON MUFFINS WITH ITALIAN MERINGUE Makes 12 Ingredients 250ml full fat yoghurt 3 large eggs 125ml vegetable oil Zest and juice of 1 large or two medium lemons 210g cake flour 10ml baking powder ½ tsp salt 250g sugar For the glaze 125ml sugar juice of 1 large lemon Method 1.
