HOT CROSS BUN AND BUTTER PUDDING WITH PEARS AND CHOCOLATE Serves 6 Ingredients: 5 hot cross buns 50g butter 2 pears 100g dark chocolate 4 large eggs 400ml milk a pinch of grated nutmeg a pinch of ground cinnamon 1 tbsp light brown sugar Method: 1.
