Skillet Shrimp and Orzo

1. In medium bowl, combine 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 clove garlic (grated), 1 Tbsp olive oil and ½ tsp kosher salt. Add 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined) and toss to coat; let marinate.
2. Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp red pepper flakes and 1 clove garlic (grated) on medium until sizzling. Stir in ½ cup dry white wine and simmer 1 min. Stir in 1 cup orzo to coat, then one 28-oz can whole peeled tomatoes and their juices, crushing with hands, and ½ cup water.
