“Poke bowls are so simple, so healthy, and so tasty! I’ll make varying combinations depending on what I have, but essentially I make some brown rice and put it in a bowl, then chop up some , , , , maybe some spinach, and place on top. For the fish, if I happen to have tuna or salmon steaks, then I’ll pan fry and dice them up, otherwise I’ll cheat by pulling apart some some smoked salmon, or use a tin of tuna. Like I said, I hate fussing, so the easier the better!
To finish, I make a simple dressing of lemon or lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then drizzle. Done.”…
