My green detox soup is insanely delicious and so good for you. With every spoonful of this nutritious vegetarian meal, you feel as if you are nourishing your body from the inside out. With a healthy mix of spinach, kale, broccoli, leek and celery, it’s packed full of vitamins, minerals, fibre, iron and antioxidants making it super detoxifying for the body. It is quick and easy to make, and I love to make enough to serve for lunch the next day with a slice or two of buckwheat, nut and seed loaf on the side. This bread is gluten-, egg- and dairy-free, and there is no kneading or waiting for dough to rise! A quick, easy and nutritious loaf, the nutty flavour is a perfect accompaniment to my soup.
