Last October, The Presidents Cup put the city of Incheon, South Korea, on the golfing map when the biennial event visited the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club. But, a short distance away, next to one of the world's busiest airports, lies north-east Asia's largest golf resort, the SKY72 Golf Club.
There are four 18-hole courses here, all of which opened between July and October 2005. Nicklaus' son, Steve, designed the Ocean course, which ranks among the top layouts in the country. The first to open was the Hanul course – created by South Korea's Fineam Golf – which boasts its own clubhouse and offers 18 holes of modern parkland golf with water aplenty, as demonstrated here.
