This was the third year that we hosted our popular bread-baking and cheese-making workshops, and Annelien Pienaar–farmer’s wife, blogger and author of the cookbook Boerekos with a Twist–had readers all fired up once again.
After an insightful day of working and playing hard, and eating well, everyone headed home with one goal: to bake their own bread and make their own cheese–without any colorants, flavourants or preservatives. Tasty, wholesome food that does no harm.
