“I have been shooting for about seven years. I started because I have a connective tissue disorder, which means if I get involved in high-impact sports my knees could dislocate. Before archery I did ballet and netball so I’ve been into sport for most of my life. SLEEK BUN Brush hair up into a high pony and secure with an elastic. Twist the entire pony, then gradually warp it into a bun, securing with bobby pins as you go.
