I don't know how to tell you this but I am just going to come out and say it and try my best not to cry… this is the last ever issue of Girl Power. This marvellous little mag has been around for exactly 12 years! So many girls like you have grown up reading this magazine and that makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Marshmallow Granola Slice INGREDIENTS •  3 tablespoons butter or margarine• 200g marshmallows (preferably mini marshmallows)• 610g granola of your choice METHOD 1. You’re a new face to our readers, so what’s your story? I’ve always been singing since I was really young. Since I was three years old, I was that kid who would listen to the Phantom of the Opera soundtrack as opposed to a normal three-year-old soundtrack. I was put into piano lessons and I hated it. Around 10 years old, I quit piano lessons, I taught myself guitar and started writing songs that night. What has being a dancer taught you? As a kid, it helped me be social with other kids and learn the meaning of teamwork; as a teen it taught me to love my body and gave me confidence in the way I move in my everyday life, and as a young adult it showed me how much of a powerful strong woman I can be.
