How do you have energy to travel for Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and still do the other shows? —Vicki Wulff, via Facebook It mostly comes down to exercise, good sleep and a great team. I also have a whole regimen of a hot sauna–cold plunge. It is next-level amazing. I go into the sauna at 170 degrees for 20 minutes, then into the cold plunge at 36 or 37 degrees for three or four minutes. I do it after I exercise, sometimes twice a day.
