Looking Good Whole grains are good for you in so many ways—they can even keep your skin healthy—but we don’t always know how to get them into our diets. According to a study published in Public Health Nutrition, consumers are often confused by whole-grain labels on bread, crackers and cereal. When comparing product labels, participants made mistakes identifying healthier products up to 47 percent of the time!
