I REMEMBER GOING TO SEE THE MOVIE CAMELOT with my mother when I was 12. The movie/musical starred Richard Harris as King Arthur, Vanessa Redgrave as Queen Guinevere, and Franco Nero as Lancelot du Lac. The story—beautiful, romantic, and poignant—still evokes a sense of sadness in me all these years later. But what I really remember is the first thing my mother said when we got into her car.
