Tell us what are some of the things you did to prepare for the shoot. About a month prior to my shoot, I joined my gym (F45 Fitness) 30-day challenge. My gym has been a big encouragement and has helped me enjoy staying in shape. I’m not much for working out but belonging to this particular community makes it fun.
