McLaren’s portfolio continues to branch out but somewhere near the trunk of that family tree is the McLaren 720S. A beautifully designed car, with such handling fluidity, road presence and speed that recalibrated your brain and blurred your vision. A very careful, yet considerate evolution of the 720 has resulted in the 750 and McLaren is rather confident that they’ve managed to improve it in all areas. Some of the reworking is subtle, and very McLaren-ish in its clinical execution but when you have a car as sublime as the 720S as a base, the smallest of details are all that’s left.
