I was recently at a party with a few fellow beauty editors when the topic of sleep and nighttime routines came up. All agreed that their preferred moves involved the careful and thorough application of seven to 10 skincare products, followed by some reading in bed, around 9 p.m., and then eight blissful hours of sleep.
