From banking to playing music and even finding a date, so many things can be done on a smartphone these days. Research shows that the average person spends two hours nine minutes a day on their phone – that’s twice as long as in 2012. But who are the worst offenders? Using specialist app Moment (available on iOS), which tracks phone activity, we put six volunteers, aged 12 to 61, to the test.
