Gratitude is a way to remind yourself how lucky you are to have the freedom to be yourself, eyes to see, feet to walk, hands to work, brains to think, and a heart to love. Show gratitude for all the opportunities you’ve been afforded. Be thankful for your health, strength, a sound mind, for the roof over your head, a full plate, a loving family and friends who help you through problems without giving in, even when you’re being unreasonable sometimes.
