CRUMB-CRUSTED SIRLOIN WITH CREAM SAUCE SERVES 4 PREPARATION: 15 MIN COOKING: 15-20 MIN 4 x 150-300g sirloin steaks salt and freshly ground pepper 15ml (1T) oil CRUST 250ml (1c) fresh breadcrumbs 1 feta cheese round 60ml (¼c) sunflower seeds, toasted 15ml (1T) mixed dried herbs 15ml (1T) butter 15ml (1T) olive oil CREAM SAUCE 15ml (1T) oil 1 onion, sliced 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 250g mushrooms, sliced 30ml (2T) brandy (optional) 5ml (1t) flour 250ml (1c) cream salt and pepper TO SERVE side dishes of your choice Preheat the oven to 230°C.
