For months, they’ve ruled the dance floors of clubs around the country with their hit song Shumaya, which has also dominated major radio stations.
The dynamic and ambitious group of five are Wanda “Choco” Shabalala (25), Cebolenkosi “Cebo” Ngcobo (24), Samkele “Soozan” Maphumulo (22), Kabelo “Kaybee” Pekile (23) and Lwazi “Slozet” Yokwana (23).
DRUM caught up with them, and found they have a lot to say about their newfound fame, handling groupies, staying grounded, their other lucrative business ventures and being money-wise.
