Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly sold at Thai street food stalls or casual eateries in Thailand.

1 red chilli, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2,5 cm piece ginger, finely chopped
4 spring onions, chopped 150 g green beans, chopped handful bean sprouts
180 g prawns, deveined and peeled
