Keep it simple and to the point. With kids aged four to six, don’t go into too much detail and limit your answer to the question asked. For example, your child asks, “Mom, how do babies come out of your body?”
Your answer is something like, “Once the baby is ready to come out, the mom’s tummy muscles squeeze tight to push the baby out of her vagina (or whatever the family word is, if you prefer).”
Try calling a spade a spade.
