To celebrate this exciting milestone, from 3 February until 26 September this year, the Musée de la Poupée-Paris is holding a special exhibition to highlight Loulotte’s treasures. Loulette is a character of Becassine’s adventures inspired by the real Claude, the only daughter of Maurice Languereau, publisher of the children magazine La Semaine de Suzette, and his wife Yvonne, a long-time head chief of Bleuette.
Rare and antique dolls, trousseau, original prints from Becassine books, La Semaine de Suzette issues, charming and unusual collectibles, documents and pictures … more than a thousand items will be exhibited, including the personal collection of Claude Canlorbe-Languereau, alias Loulotte.
