Ingredients
For the stuffed hearts:
4 lamb hearts, remove excess fat, tubes & gristle
1 small onion, finely chopped 1 garlic clove, crushed
100g of lamb sausage meat (filling from 2-3 lamb sausages)
4 sprigs of thyme, leaves picked & chopped
1 bunch of parsley, small leaves only, finely chopped
25g of breadcrumbs, made from stale bread
