I’ve never been good at self control. I don’t do diets. If I’m presented with some kind of sweet treat/potato-based snack/gin-based libation, I will accept, gladly… greedily. And so resolutions or intentions, or whatever the January marketing committee is calling them nowadays, have never meant abstinence for me. It’s always been about adding more. That could be more movement. It could, more likely, be more of the food my body is telling me I need. With more flavour, colour, texture and aroma to tick all my taste boxes.
And so it’s with this spirit in mind that we’ve curated our ‘month of more’ to give you plenty of inspiration to add joy and flavour to your table. We’ve looked to Southeast Asia to bring sunshine…
