A MAN previously charged with the murder of Clare Swartz, was killed during a gang fight on Monday afternoon in Tafelsig, Mitchells Plain. Diego Blaauw, 22, was arrested after the gruesome discovery of Swartz’s body. He was soon afterwards charged for Swartz’s murder, but freed a month later. This was due to a lack of evidence.
