DEMOCRATIC Alliance (DA) Mayco member for Human Settlements, Councillor Carl Pophaim, has sought legal counsel over claims made by National Coloured Congress (NCC) leader Fadiel Adams, that he was the target of a plot involving a senior DA councillor. In a press statement released on Friday, Adams said he reported the alleged plot to police weeks ago and submitted all available evidence.
