Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, finely chopped
5 curry leaves
5 cloves garlic
½ tsp jeera (cumin) seeds
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 dried red chilli
½ green pepper diced
1 tsp dhania (fine coriander)
1 tsp jeera (fine cumin)
1 tsp tandoori spice
1 tsp Cajun spice or seafood masala
1 tsp turmeric
2 large, grated tomatoes
3 potatoes cubed
1½ cups water
Salt to taste
1 large tin pink salmon or any tin fish of your choice
Freshly chopped coriander and green chillies for garnish
