Thanks, Lucie! This letter is not about my stitching, but my daughter’s. Her name is Freya and she’s 13. Recently, my husband entered a Gorjuss piece that Freya had stitched into a Young Needlecrafter of the Year competition that was run by Sew and So. Freya was thrilled to find out that she was one of three finalists! The awards took place at The Spring Knitting and Stitching Show at Olympia, but due to the snow we couldn’t make the awards.
