Cracking read I wanted to write and say bravo for such a great March issue! There are so many lovely things to stitch inside, I had a hard time choosing, but I just adored the colours in the Easter sampler by Tiny Modernist and I stitched the bottom half so it would be ready in time for Easter. S ince 1996, Mouseloft has cornered the mini stitch kit market with its fun, affordable makes. Starting out with just 25 designs in their Stitchlets range, over the past 20 years husband and wife team Roger and Helen Hart have created and produced well over 600 card kits! Colour change Q I’ve just seen the new DMC Coloris thread range for sale in my local craft shop. They look gorgeous and I’d love to give them a try, but I’m not sure how best to use them. What projects do you think they’d work well in? Sally Macintosh, Dundee A Coloris is a new four-colour thread in 24 shades from DMC, where the colour changes every 5cm to produce a striking variegated effect. We agree that these look fab, and we’ve been thinking up ways to include them in our stitching, too! Tricky stitch I’ve been stitching for over 40 years and love switching between small and large projects. It’s all in the detail Q I have a kit that includes 32-count linen, and says the stitches have to be made over one thread rather than two. I’m an experienced stitcher, but I haven’t done this before. Could you give me some tips, Angels?
