Crocheters love their craft for many reasons. Many savor the relaxation as they sit and peacefully work on a project. Others like it because of its versatility; they can create so many different types of items. Still others enjoy it because of the many beautiful yarns and threads that offer a virtually endless variety of wonderful fibers and colors. But the one thing that most crocheters agree on is wanting quick and easyprojects that produce great results. Today’s busy schedules often make it difficult to set aside a lot of time for crochet, so projects that can be made in shorter amounts of time are essential. Traditional methods for shaping necklines, sleeves and armholes require skipping stitches and then decreasing by working stitches together or increasing by working more than one stitch in the same stitch.
