Bourbon BBQ Glazed Pork Chops

1 tablespoon olive oil2 cloves garlic, pressed1 tablespoon chili powder¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper1 cup ketchup¾ cup bourbon (like Jack Daniel’s)¼ cup molasses¼ cup cider vinegar2 tablespoons dark brown sugar2 tablespoons Dijon mustard1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper8 1-inch-thick bone-in pork chops (about 3 pounds total)
1. Heat oil and garlic in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until garlic sizzles (do not let brown), about 1 minute. Add chili powder and cayenne. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
