many, many, many “articles” on the ever-trustworthy World Wide Web claiming to know how to clear up your acne via random food items. Even though… there’s minimal evidence that certain foods applied to skin in their raw forms can treat acne better than, you know, actual acne products, says board-certified dermatologist Adeline Kikam, DO, aka @BrownSkinDerm on IG and TikTok.
