VERDICT
The latest in a long line of plush Windows 10 laptops, the new XPS 13 exudes quality
IT’S QUICKLY APPARENT that, yet again, Dell has created a wonderful laptop in the new XPS 13, as was the case with the 2019 model (Shopper 376) and several annual models before that. Highly portable, comfortable to use, fast enough for most tasks: the XPS 13 is all this and more, even if Dell has bumped up the pricing a tad.
